Just because you live with people, why do they feel they can pass judgement on you.
I get that as housemates you're generally close but surely that doesn't give them the right to be rude, or am I wrong? Did I miss the how to talk to people handbook and have been doing it wrong all these years???
Housemates are difficult specimen! They are people you love having around (at times anyway) but they are also the people you sometimes can't stand. They tend to be people you could consider as good friends but I personally feel that is a complete lie. Anyone got some good ones that I can swap mine for? They are in good condition, well fed, polite on occasion but, non refundable. Any takers?
Housemates are meant to be people you can rely on but what can I say? mine are people that believe they can say what ever they want and expect you to do anything and everything for them.
Generally girls are the worst. They tend to be two faced and feel they always know best. They think they can state their ignorant opinions on your relationship when they DON'T have boyfriends of their own, well isn't that just stupid! Who made them relationship Gurus?
Why they feel they can dish out their inconsiderate view is beyond me. As a housemate they don't really know a great deal about me or my relationship they only see certain parts. So that clearly makes them perfect to tell me what is wrong with him and I. They are geniuses... they are clearly meant to be relationship therapists!!
Note to self...book for a new therapist...
